For the last fourteen years, Jacki has been a leader of compliance, privacy, and information security. As Vice President, Chief Privacy and Information Security Officer for Sutter Health she provides direction and oversight for all facets of the privacy and information security programs. Prior to her role at Sutter, Jacki served as the Chief Privacy Officer at Sutter and Mayo Clinic. Prior to Mayo, Jacki worked for a Pharmacy Benefit Management and Mail Order Pharmacy Company and an independent Children's Hospital in compliance, privacy and information security roles.
Jacki has been recognized by Becker’s as one of the top 20 CISO and CPO to know in healthcare. She serves as a member of the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics and has previously served on the HHS Task Force for Healthcare Industry Cybersecurity. She has testified before government and legislative committees, authored numerous articles and is a frequent national speaker.
Jacki has a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She holds certifications in healthcare law, privacy, information security and compliance and has a BA in Psychology from The College of Saint Scholastica.
Kelly Mather joined BayHealth Development in 2020 and is also currently serving as the President/CEO of Sonoma Valley Hospital. Starting in 2010, Kelly led the revitalization of the hospital where she created a values based culture with excellent quality and satisfaction results, oversaw extensive upgrades in the facility, raised over $35 million with the hospital foundation, affiliated with UCSF Health and improved the financial stability of the organization. Her hospital administration career began in 1991 after completing her Masters in Health Administration at Medical College of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration at Auburn University. Kelly has been a hospital CEO since the age of 28 and prefers small, community based healthcare organizations. She took over the reins of San Leandro Hospital in 1996 and then moved to Lakeport, California to lead Sutter Lakeside Hospital in 2001. Her mission is to inspire healing and improve health. She founded Harmony Healing House in 2006 and has written 9 books based on the touchstone of using “The 5 Keys to Wellness.

Iliana L. Peters is recognized by the health care industry as a preeminent thinker and speaker on data privacy and security, particularly with regard to HIPAA, the HITECH Act, the 21st Century Cures Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), the Privacy Act, and emerging cyber threats to health data. For over a decade, she both developed health information privacy and security policy, including on emerging technologies and cyber threats, for the Department of Health and Human Services, and enforced HIPAA regulations through spearheading multi-million dollar settlement agreements and civil money penalties pursuant to HIPAA. Iliana also focused on training individuals in both the private and public sector, including compliance investigators, auditors, and State Attorneys General, on HIPAA regulations and policy, and on good data privacy and security practices. As a CISSP, Iliana works hard to bridge the gap between legal requirements for the security of health data and security industry best practices, so that clients can better understand data security issues and jargon.

Jason has been in the technology and security fields since 2007 and spent much of that time with hospitals in Northern California. Through the years, he has managed high volume IT help desks and telecommunications teams, led enterprise software implementations, stood up security programs, and rode the wave of EHRs rollouts.
Now with the global healthcare governance team at Amazon, Jason is using his experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and security to guide Amazon’s protection of customer health data. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business, CISSP and PMP certifications, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and a HIMSS Fellow designation.
Outside of work, you’ll find Jason looking for new cycling routes, exploring his new home, the Pacific Northwest, and trying new recipes with his wife.
