Shilpa Reddy, PhD

San Francisco VA Medical Center

Shilpa Reddy, PhD, is a Clinical Psychologist, Telemental Health Program Manager at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and Telemental Health Director of the VISN 21 Clinical Resource Hub, a virtual mental health team. She has extensive experience in mental health care using virtual modalities. She brings a deep awareness of diversity issues that influence health and illness and work experience that spans 20 years across three countries (U.S., India and Australia). Dr. Reddy is passionate about training the future mental health workforce in care delivery models at the intersection of technology and health.

Sofia Chancey  (Moderator)

Sofia Chancey is an accomplished Executive with over 20 years of success in the healthcare, technology, and telecommunications industries in the US and Australia. She is currently Head of Strategy at Intune Collective, a strategy consultancy and is serving on the board of HIMSS Northern California chapter as chair of the Education committee. She has previously served on the Business Advisory Council and the Business Executive Committee of ACS Victoria (Australia) and the Health Informatics Society of Australia (Australia’s digital health community).
